Zest Insurance Agency is a licensed insurance intermediary registered with the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) of Kenya. We act as an independent broker, connecting clients with registered Kenyan insurance underwriters. We do not underwrite insurance policies ourselves.

2. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

• Not use the site for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

3. Quotes & Coverage

Insurance quotes provided through our platform are estimates based on the information you supply. Final premium rates and coverage terms are determined by the underwriter and confirmed in your policy documents. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every quote will be honored by the insurer.

4. Policy Placement & Commissions

As an insurance agency, we earn commissions from underwriters when we place policies on behalf of clients. These commissions are paid by the insurer and do not increase your premium. We may also charge a brokerage fee in certain cases, which will be disclosed to you in writing before any agreement is finalized.

5. Claims Assistance

We provide claims advocacy and administrative support to our clients. However, the final decision on claim settlement rests with the underwriter. We do not guarantee claim approval or specific settlement amounts. Our role is to ensure your claim is properly documented and presented to the insurer.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Zest Insurance Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the brokerage fee paid to us for the specific policy or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
